Amazon is seeking a Senior Accessibility Product Manager to enhance the accessibility of their devices and services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customers with disabilities. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing product roadmaps across Devices & Services and drafting proposals that address accessibility needs. You will lead projects staffed by both the accessibility engineering team and engineering partner teams, ensuring that accessibility solutions are delivered effectively across Amazon's extensive range of devices. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing internal accessibility standards, and you will play a key role in initiatives such as the Accessibility Bar Raiser program and Trust by Design accessibility.
You will collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for innovation in accessibility, driving initiatives that enhance user experiences for customers with disabilities. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines will be essential as you navigate the complexities of product development in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring that accessibility remains a top priority throughout the product lifecycle.
