What you'll do

In this role, you will be a critical operator of Parafin's product suite, focusing on payments and fraud processes. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to develop and implement best-in-class operational processes that enhance the customer experience for small businesses. You will analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training team members on new processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they have the necessary support to utilize Parafin's products effectively. You will contribute to the development of operational metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to align on product strategy and operational goals, ensuring that all teams are working towards a common vision.
