You have a strong background in data science with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and driving data-driven decision-making processes. You are well-versed in AI technologies and have experience incorporating them into data science processes to enhance analytical capabilities. Your leadership skills enable you to mentor and guide your team effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.

You possess a deep understanding of consumer and commercial offerings, which helps you identify opportunities for improving customer experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to perform ad hoc analyses of historical data to uncover trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and finance, to align data initiatives with business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging data to drive business success.

Desirable

Experience with big data technologies and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure. What you'll do
