You have extensive experience in workforce and talent strategy, ideally with a focus on global operations. Your background includes defining and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with business growth objectives. You are data-driven and can translate complex organizational needs into actionable talent roadmaps. You thrive in environments that require critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You understand the importance of employer branding and have successfully built programs that enhance talent retention and mobility. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of scaling a workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with companies undergoing rapid growth is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies would be beneficial. You may also have a background in organizational design or financial planning, which would enhance your ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
