Okta is seeking a Senior Engineering Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives in Infrastructure & Security. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive security initiatives and implement process improvements in a SaaS environment. This role requires strong TPM experience and a strategic mindset.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, particularly in the areas of Infrastructure and Security. Your background includes working in SaaS environments, where you've successfully driven security initiatives and implemented operational improvements. You possess a strategic mindset, allowing you to clarify goals and requirements effectively while also being tactical in execution. Your ability to collaborate across teams, including Engineering, Security & Compliance, and Product Management, is a key strength. You are a lifelong learner, eager to bring your unique experiences to enhance the team.
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. You thrive in environments that require both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and you are comfortable navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will structure, kick-off, and run key initiatives that support Okta's product security. You will be the point person for clarifying strategic goals and detailed requirements, ensuring that architectural solutions align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and executing on key objectives within and across scrum teams. You will work closely with various groups to ensure that security initiatives are effectively integrated into the product development lifecycle. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for operational and process improvements, leveraging your experience in a SaaS and agile environment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
