You have a strong background in sales operations, with at least 5 years of experience in optimizing sales processes and supporting commercial strategies. You are skilled in using Salesforce and have a deep understanding of data quality and conversion tracking. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify bottlenecks and improve the acquisition funnel effectively. You excel in translating commercial strategies into actionable sales plans, ensuring alignment across teams. You are a collaborative partner who can work closely with account management to identify upsell opportunities and prevent churn. You are adaptable and can localize processes to fit regional strategies while maintaining best practices.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, managing lead allocation and ensuring data quality within Salesforce. You will orchestrate commercial planning by translating strategies into actionable sales plans, supporting quota setting and territory design. You will partner with account management to provide insights that help in upselling and retention as the market matures. You will act as a bridge between the Argentina team and regional operations, adapting best practices in pricing and onboarding. Your role will involve continuous optimization of processes and projects to enhance the commercial lifecycle, ensuring that the team is equipped to support partners effectively.
