You'll be responsible for repairing various automotive interior components and ensuring high-quality service. Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience, demonstrating your expertise in handling various materials such as cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl. Your skills include repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching, showcasing your attention to detail and craftsmanship. You are adept at color matching and dying cloth and fabric, ensuring that repairs blend seamlessly with the vehicle's interior. Additionally, you possess the ability to repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields, making you a versatile technician in the automotive repair field.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality work. Your experience has equipped you with the knowledge to use state-of-the-art tools effectively, and you are always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the automotive repair industry. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations with every repair.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Experience with glass repair is also beneficial, as it complements your interior repair skills and enhances your overall service offering.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Interior Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on various automotive interior components.
