Experience in the tech industry, particularly in gaming or digital platforms, is a plus. Familiarity with information security frameworks and compliance standards will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. A background in project management methodologies will also be beneficial as you lead initiatives across various departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior security leaders to develop and refine the overall security strategy for Roblox. You will be responsible for driving strategic security initiatives that align with business objectives and support organizational change. Your role will involve collaborating with teams across Security, Engineering, Legal, Safety, and Product to ensure a cohesive approach to security across the organization. You will lead the implementation of security programs and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted throughout the company. You will also monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
