SpaceX is seeking an NDE Inspector Radiographic Trainee to join their NDE Operations team. You'll receive on-the-job training to become certified in nondestructive evaluation methods. This role requires a high school diploma and completion of a comprehensive training program.
You are a motivated individual eager to start a career in nondestructive evaluation. With a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, you have completed a comprehensive nondestructive evaluation training program or have relevant experience at SpaceX. You are studious and autonomous, ready to learn and grow within the NDE Operations team.
In this role, you will train with experienced NDE Inspectors to gain on-the-job training (OJT) and prepare for certification examinations. You will perform NDE inspections using various methods and interpret engineering drawings as required. Your responsibilities will also include communicating and reporting findings to production and engineering teams, supporting the development of NDE inspection techniques, and assisting in the training of others within the team.
