project44 is seeking a Senior Recruiter to attract and secure top talent across North America. You'll partner with various teams to enhance the candidate experience. This role requires experience in recruitment, particularly in the supply chain technology sector.
You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in attracting and hiring talent across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology. You understand the nuances of the supply chain technology landscape and are driven to find the best candidates who align with project44's mission. Your ability to create an exceptional candidate experience reflects your commitment to excellence and your understanding of the importance of a strong team in driving company growth.
You thrive in an autonomous environment and are inspired by growth. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve recruitment processes and are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Experience in SaaS recruitment is a plus, as is familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies to attract top talent.
