Carvana is seeking an Auto Combo Tech to join their team in Heath, OH. You'll be responsible for automotive painting and blending panels, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and competitive benefits.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience and are highly skilled in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in automotive painting is a plus. Familiarity with high-tech inspection centers and a commitment to continuous learning through training programs offered by the company will enhance your fit for this role.
