What you'll do

As an Associate in the Payment Integrity Team, you will support the resolution of issues related to claims processing. Your responsibilities will include analyzing workflows and identifying areas for improvement to ensure claims are paid accurately and on time. You will collaborate with various departments to understand the challenges faced by stakeholders and work towards implementing effective solutions. Your role will involve providing insights and recommendations based on your observations and analyses, contributing to the overall efficiency of the claims process.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Payment Integrity, participating in team meetings and discussions to align on objectives and strategies. Your contributions will help shape the processes that impact claims payments, ensuring that Oscar maintains its high standards of service. You will also engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
