SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their payments organization. You'll work closely with various teams to define the vision for payments tooling and ensure a superior user experience. This role requires significant experience in product management.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the payments or fintech industry. You understand the intricacies of payment systems and have a proven track record of leading product initiatives that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and business partners, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex challenges while maintaining a focus on user experience. You are passionate about innovation and are eager to transform traditional payment processes into modern, efficient solutions.
Experience with B2B2C payment systems or similar capabilities is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in the payments space will enhance your ability to lead effectively. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for differentiation in the market and can articulate a clear vision for product evolution.
