Dandy is seeking a Founding Commercial Account Executive to drive client acquisition in Australia. You'll own the full sales cycle and shape the sales strategy while working closely with senior leadership. This role requires experience in sales and a passion for the dental industry.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the SMB sector — you've successfully closed deals and built relationships with clients, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take ownership of your work, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape a new market presence. You are adaptable and comfortable navigating early-market ambiguity, understanding the importance of establishing a strong foundation for future growth.

You are a strong communicator and collaborator — you can effectively engage with dental practices and understand their unique needs. Your curiosity about the dental industry motivates you to become an expert in Dandy's product offerings, allowing you to convey value to potential clients. You are data-driven and consistently track your performance metrics, using tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and activity.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or dental industry would be a plus, as it would give you a deeper understanding of the market dynamics and client needs. Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices will help you excel in this role, as will any previous experience in a founding or startup environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing — you will proactively engage with dental practices to drive new client acquisition, ensuring that Dandy's innovative solutions reach those who can benefit from them. You will serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy's sales motion in Australia, collaborating closely with senior sales leadership to establish effective messaging and processes.

You will consistently track your activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce, using data to inform your strategies and improve your results. As you become a student of dentistry, you will develop a deep understanding of Dandy's product and value proposition, enabling you to effectively communicate its benefits to potential clients.
