Socket is seeking a GTM Talent Partner to drive the recruitment of top-tier talent across various functions. You'll build strong relationships with hiring teams and optimize hiring processes. This role requires experience in full-cycle recruiting and a customer-focused mindset.
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, and understand the nuances of recruiting for sales and customer engineering positions. You excel at building trust and strong relationships with hiring teams, becoming the go-to person for team growth discussions. You are data-driven, proactively tracking and managing pipeline health to identify and resolve issues early. You care deeply about the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of the company. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable wearing many hats, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership over your work and the overall success of the company. You are customer-obsessed, always prioritizing the needs of candidates and hiring teams alike, striving to exceed expectations at every turn.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across GTM and other functions, which means you could be sourcing a Sales Engineer one day and closing an Enterprise Account Executive the next. You will proactively build relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and helping them articulate the ideal candidate profile. You will manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring that it remains healthy and that candidates receive timely feedback throughout the hiring process. You will run a tight ship when it comes to hiring experiences, treating candidates with the respect and care you would want for yourself. You will analyze hiring trends and metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process, ensuring that Socket attracts and retains top talent. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and strategies, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
