Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in sales, particularly in the Financial Services sector, where you've successfully managed accounts and driven revenue growth. Your consultative sales approach allows you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address specific customer challenges. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and orchestrate virtual teams is a testament to your leadership skills and strategic thinking.

You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and understand the intricacies of selling to large banks and insurance companies. Your expertise in the industry enables you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. You are results-driven, holding yourself accountable for achieving individual revenue targets and closing significant deals. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate the value of Celonis' solutions effectively, ensuring clients see the benefits of partnering with us.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS sales is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and data-driven solutions. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your sales techniques and industry knowledge. A background in consulting or working with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors would enhance your ability to drive sales and foster collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts within the Banking and Insurance sectors, focusing on both new business development and expanding existing relationships. You will apply a consultative sales approach to understand your clients' needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to operational teams, ensuring that you represent the full suite of Celonis solutions effectively.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and engage them in meaningful conversations. Your role will involve driving the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including business development representatives, marketing managers, and customer success managers, to orchestrate efforts that lead to successful outcomes.

As part of your responsibilities, you will hold an individual revenue target, focusing on closing six to seven-figure deals within your accounts. You will engage with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS vendors, to enhance your sales efforts and drive mutual success. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders will be crucial in achieving your goals and contributing to the overall success of the Financial Services Account Team.
