What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the User Experience Research team in planning and conducting research activities that inform product design and development. You will help design research studies, recruit participants, and gather data through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Your insights will contribute to creating a personalized, student-centric experience that enhances learning outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with designers and product teams to ensure that user feedback is effectively integrated into the product development lifecycle. By analyzing research data, you will help identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement, ultimately contributing to the creation of innovative educational solutions.

As part of your responsibilities, you will document research findings and present them to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are communicated effectively.
