With 5 years of experience in NPI engineering program management, you have a strong background in developing consumer electronics and engineering management. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and industrial/product design, particularly in module development and vendor management. Your experience includes managing functional engineering teams and collaborating with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners. You possess knowledge of device and hardware manufacturing, product design, and the channel/partner ecosystem. You have the ability to lead operational initiatives and understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all.

Your expertise in managing cross-functional teams and working with OEM partners sets you apart as a candidate. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will be responsible for generating ideas to solve technical challenges and developing playbooks, tools, and processes to enhance engineering productivity. Your role will involve owning technical relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently. You will facilitate conflict resolution among cross-functional teams of engineers and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks. Your ability to explain analyses and recommendations to executives will be crucial in driving project success.

What we offer

At Google, you will be part of a team that builds products to create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. You will have the chance to work on innovative projects that impact millions of users worldwide. Google offers a collaborative work environment where you can grow your skills and advance your career.
