Job Description

With $15M in Series A funding, our flagship proprietary tech platform, Kyra Platform, facilitates our team to deliver this at scale, driving strategic impact with guaranteed performance.

We’re hiring a Financial Controller to take ownership of Kyra’s finance function as we prepare for continued growth and a future exit. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes across multi-market (UK/US) operations, ensuring compliance, and building scalable systems. This is a hands-on role requiring both transactional rigour and strategic oversight, with scope to shape the finance function for the next stage of our journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end finance operations, including management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

  • Build and maintain strong controls and processes across UK/US entities

  • Manage compliance, tax, and audit processes, working with external advisors as needed

  • Oversee transactional finance (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations), supported by junior team members

  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insight for strategic decision-making, fundraising, and growth initiatives

  • Drive automation and efficiency in finance systems and reporting

  • Support due diligence and readiness for fundraising / exit scenarios

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • 2–5 years post-qualification experience in a high-growth business, ideally SaaS, media, or agency environment

  • Strong technical knowledge across financial control, tax, and compliance

  • Experience operating across multi-entity, multi-market (UK/US) structures

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, but able to step up into strategic conversations with leadership

  • Excited by working in a fast-paced, creative environment where you’ll need to own and improve processes from scratch

  • High standards of accuracy, rigour, and accountability
