Vacasa is hiring a Senior Front Desk Specialist to oversee a team and serve as the primary contact for guests, vendors, and owners. This role requires excellent customer service and administrative coordination skills.
You have experience in customer service and hospitality, ideally in a front desk or guest services role. You understand the importance of creating exceptional experiences for guests and have a knack for resolving inquiries efficiently. Your leadership skills shine as you assist in overseeing a team of Front Desk Specialists, ensuring high satisfaction standards are maintained. You are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to coordinate effectively with maintenance and housekeeping teams. You are proactive in identifying potential owner leads to support business growth and are comfortable handling various forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus. Familiarity with property management systems and reservation software will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be at least 18 years of age.
