You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in blockchain technology and web3 applications. You understand the intricacies of guiding product direction and have a proven track record of leading teams to success. Your ability to communicate effectively with engineering and go-to-market teams sets you apart, as you can translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building products that impact millions of users.
Experience with Solana or similar blockchain platforms is a plus. Familiarity with API management and infrastructure scaling will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. A background in working with high-profile clients or projects will be beneficial as you navigate the needs of various stakeholders.
As the Product Lead for Alchemy's Solana offering, you will own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to bring web3 to a billion people. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance the performance and reliability of the Solana infrastructure, managing billions of API requests daily. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of developers and end-users, translating those insights into product features that drive engagement and satisfaction.
You will also work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of the Solana offering to potential customers. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and iterative development to continuously improve the product. You will be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance, ensuring that the Solana offering meets the evolving needs of the blockchain ecosystem.
Alchemy provides a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $350,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k and unlimited flexible time off.
