We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate who will help work together with the Onboarding team as we continue to deliver our vision.
What You Will Do:
1. Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up in accomplishing their application from start to end
2. Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met
3. Responsible for validating driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.
4. Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet targets and/or complete assigned responsibilities
Who We Seek:
● College graduate or currently pursuing a degree (preferred but not required).
● Experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or operations is an advantage.
● Familiarity with the Lalamove platform or ride-hailing/delivery operations is a plus.
● Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
● Comfortable working with dashboards and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
● Willingness to work on shifting schedules, especially during peak hours.
