What you'll do

As a Lead Software Engineer on the Email Platforms team, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the infrastructure that supports Klaviyo's email delivery. You will lead a group of engineers in developing high-throughput systems that ensure reliable and performant email sending for some of the largest brands in the world. Your role will involve driving the architecture of the messaging infrastructure and owning critical components of the email pipeline.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your hands-on contributions will include coding, system design, and strategic planning. You will also be involved in performance monitoring and optimization to ensure the highest levels of deliverability and customer satisfaction.
