Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide mid-level support to the Operations Engineering & Maintenance Department by applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all lab equipment in the pharmacy. You will analyze and troubleshoot maintenance problems in various areas, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. You will work closely with the Principal Program Manager and other team members to communicate any issues and collaborate on solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of the compounding facilities, and you will be expected to document maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
