What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Rubrik Sizing team, you will spearhead the technical roadmap, strategy, and execution for developing and enhancing the Sizing application and platform. You will partner with the Sizing Product Manager to build and execute the roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Your role will involve managing engineering, release management, production deployment, support, and monitoring, ensuring that the Sizing application meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

You will lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of new Rubrik products and features into the sizing application, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices in software development and project management, driving continuous improvement within the team.
