Formlabs is seeking a Dental Sales representative to drive the go-to-market strategy for their dental products in the DACH region. You'll manage relationships with dental partners and focus on customer success. This role requires experience in direct or channel sales.
You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in direct or channel sales, particularly in the dental or technology sectors. You possess a winning spirit and a customer satisfaction focus, which drives you to excel in your role. Your technical sales acumen allows you to effectively communicate the value of innovative 3D printing solutions to dental technicians and dentists. You are fluent in German and have a good understanding of the DACH market dynamics, enabling you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with 3D printing technology is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a diverse team that values collaboration and innovation. You are adaptable and open to learning, which helps you thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Formlabs' dental products in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will manage both strategic and day-to-day operational relationships with existing dental partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Formlabs products. Your responsibilities will include assessing market potential, identifying gaps in the market, and onboarding new partners to expand the company's reach. You will develop and implement the Formlabs Partner Program, focusing on maximizing growth and market share for dental products and services.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product offerings. Your role will also involve conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, allowing you to adjust strategies as needed. You will be expected to track performance metrics and report on sales progress, providing insights that will help shape future initiatives.
