Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in construction management, particularly within the retail grocery or food service sectors. Your operational knowledge of retail execution and production flow is complemented by a general understanding of facilities infrastructure and store-level production equipment. You excel in planning, estimating, organizing, and monitoring projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage ongoing requests for replacement equipment and small project support initiated through the PERF intake system or other Store Development platforms. You will report directly to an Executive Leader and oversee the tactical execution of requests, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will work closely with peers in Store Development to cultivate a team environment that emphasizes shared fate and accountability. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors and service providers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with equipment suppliers.
