VO2 Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts. You will collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive the recruitment process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and fluency in French and English.
You have significant experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on technical and digital roles. Your ability to understand and analyze recruitment needs from various stakeholders sets you apart. You are skilled in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships with candidates and internal teams alike. You are proactive and curious about the tech market, always staying updated on trends and best practices in recruitment. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse candidates and teams. You possess a strong sense of partnership and advisory skills, allowing you to challenge hiring needs and define the most relevant candidate profiles.
Experience in recruiting for high-demand technical roles is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this position. A background in consulting or working with tech companies can provide valuable insights into the specific needs of the roles you will be filling.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that you understand the specific needs of each hiring manager. You will gather and analyze recruitment needs, challenging them when necessary to define the most relevant candidate profiles. Your expertise will guide you in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
You will collaborate closely with business teams to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and candidate expectations.
