You have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping local businesses succeed — you understand the unique challenges that independent pizzerias face and are eager to provide tailored solutions. Your ability to build long-term relationships is key, as you will be the face of Slice in your territory, working closely with shop owners to maximize their benefits from Slice's offerings. You thrive in a full-cycle sales environment and are comfortable with both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing partnerships. Your enthusiasm for technology and its role in enhancing business operations will drive your success in this position. You are adaptable and can meet shop owners where they are, identifying their needs and introducing them to the right solutions at the right time.
As a Territory Manager at Slice, you will be responsible for acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners in Essex and Passaic Counties. Your ultimate goal is to help every shop maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership, which includes an integrated technology stack and marketing services. You will engage with shop owners to understand their specific needs and provide them with tailored solutions that enhance their profitability. Your role will involve regular visits to local pizzerias, conducting presentations, and demonstrating how Slice can help them thrive in a competitive market. You will also collaborate with the Slice team to ensure that the services provided align with the needs of the shop owners. Your success will be measured by the growth of your territory and the satisfaction of the pizzerias you serve.
