What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the central sales team of Glovo Romania, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Your primary mission will be to expand our partner network across the country, ensuring that we connect as many businesses as possible to our platform. You will bring structure and discipline to the sales process, setting clear goals and expectations for your team. You will work closely with senior sales personnel from various regions, collaborating to share best practices and drive overall sales performance. You will also be responsible for developing training programs that enhance the skills of your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the market. Regularly analyzing sales data will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for growth, allowing you to adjust strategies as needed. You will represent Glovo at industry events and networking opportunities, building relationships that can lead to new partnerships and collaborations.
