NPI Planner - Reseller Operations (18 Month)

World-class operational excellence is a cornerstone of Apple's success, and the Reseller Operations team plays an essential role in ensuring operational and financial success for Apple. Reseller Operations are the voice of the Reseller Channel within Operations, and are pivotal to the dynamic launch of Apple’s products. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and excellent communications to join the RO as a NPI Product Lead. A successful NPI product lead is a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organised and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; leads through relationships and influence: and displays grace under fire. This role requires an ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Identifying and implementing automation opportunities and continuous enhancements will be key focus areas.
