SoFi is hiring a Recruiter (Contract) to support their G&A organizations by sourcing and screening top talent. You'll collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
You have experience in recruiting, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors, and understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging top talent. You excel at building relationships and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You are proactive in your approach, utilizing various methods such as cold calling and social networking to identify and attract candidates. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a keen understanding of the hiring needs of different business units.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies would be advantageous. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. A background in general and administrative roles is a plus, as it will help you better understand the specific needs of the teams you support.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought-after senior talent, ensuring that you are always aware of the best candidates in the market. You will manage candidates throughout the hiring process, providing them with a positive experience and keeping them informed at every stage. You will also participate in various recruitment activities, including job fairs and networking events, to enhance SoFi's visibility in the talent market.
