Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all repairs meet the high standards expected by our customers. Your role will involve assessing the damage on vehicle panels and determining the best repair techniques to restore them to their original condition. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, ensuring that your skills and pay progress along with the company. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols while delivering quality repairs.
