Senior Software Engineer - AppTrust

Who you are

You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building production systems at scale. You’ve owned services from design through deployment and have valuable insights from debugging complex distributed systems issues. Your deep expertise in Java and Node.js allows you to write clean, testable, and efficient server-side code that supports software development workflows. You are familiar with cloud-native microservices and understand the intricacies of building scalable applications in a SaaS environment. Your practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes equips you to manage containerized applications effectively. You are also open to exploring AI technologies, including MCP, AI agents, and LLMs, which is a plus for this role. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of modern CI/CD practices and tooling, which enhances your ability to deliver high-quality code efficiently.

Desirable

Familiarity with messaging systems and caching strategies will be beneficial in this role, as will any experience you have with software supply chain security. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to introduce new ideas that enhance product capabilities.
