You'll work closely with customers to develop AI adoption strategies and ensure successful project execution. You have a strong background in solutions architecture, with experience in deploying AI applications across various industries. Your technical expertise allows you to engage effectively with customers, ensuring they realize the full potential of their investment in AI technologies. You are solutions-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with senior leaders and technical teams within customer organizations. You have a holistic view of architecture and operations, allowing you to design effective solutions that leverage advanced AI models.
You are familiar with Generative AI technologies and understand how they can transform business operations. Your experience includes guiding projects from early prototyping through to enterprise-grade production deployments. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams, ensuring alignment on customer needs and project goals. You are proactive in identifying high-value use cases and prioritizing them based on customer requirements.
Experience with OpenAI's technologies is a plus, as is a background in customer service automation and content generation. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can leverage your technical skills to drive business value for customers. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in AI.
In this role, you will engage with customers post-sale, acting as a trusted advisor to help them implement their AI adoption strategies.
