You have a solid background in quality assurance and automation engineering, with experience in both manual and automated testing. You understand the importance of designing comprehensive test plans and executing them effectively to ensure high-quality software delivery. Your analytical mindset allows you to make sense of large datasets, and you are skilled at identifying issues and proposing solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.

You are proficient in automation tools such as Selenium and have experience with programming languages like Java and Python. Your familiarity with REST APIs enables you to test and validate backend services effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of software development processes, which helps you communicate effectively with developers and product managers.

You are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative products. You enjoy exploring new tools and methodologies that can improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Desirable

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing both manual and automated test plans for WalkMe's web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with the CTO team to understand product requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results to ensure that all features meet quality standards.

You will also be involved in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Your ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights will be crucial in improving product quality. You will work with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution, contributing to a smooth release process.
