You have a knack for identifying areas for improvement and assisting managers in enhancing processes to drive efficiency and quality outcomes. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively support the team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns, responding to emails, calls, and tickets with professionalism and care.
You are comfortable performing light home maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging toilets. You take pride in conducting regular inspections of properties prior to guest and owner arrivals, ensuring that everything is in top condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality service make you an ideal candidate for this role.
As a Property Caretaker at Vacasa, you will assist in the daily operations of an assigned portfolio of vacation rental homes.
