Amazon is seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager for Amazon Ads to drive revenue growth through creator-led solutions and live sponsorships. You'll work closely with media agencies and brands to deliver impactful campaigns. This role requires expertise in live streaming and engagement with Gen Z audiences.
You have a strong background in agency management and a deep understanding of live streaming and creator-led marketing. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel at building relationships with media agencies and brands, particularly in the social and influencer space. You are adept at navigating ambiguity and translating complex ideas into actionable commercial outcomes. Your expertise in engaging Gen Z audiences through innovative campaigns sets you apart as a leader in this field.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Your ability to educate clients on the nuances of live streaming and creator partnerships is a key strength. You are passionate about brand safety and understand the importance of aligning creator selection with brand values and messaging.
Experience with Twitch or similar platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs related to live campaigns. You are comfortable advising clients on best practices for creator collaborations and have a keen eye for cultural trends that can be leveraged in marketing strategies.
As a Senior Agency Development Manager at Amazon Ads, you will take ownership of revenue growth in your market by packaging creator-led solutions and live sponsorships into high-impact campaigns. You will serve as the go-to expert for Twitch, educating clients on the platform's capabilities and how to effectively engage with Gen Z audiences. Your role will involve building and nurturing senior relationships across media, planning, and brand teams to drive incremental spend and originate briefs.
You will sell custom creator programs, including streamer integrations and co-created content, ensuring that all campaigns meet clear KPIs. Your responsibilities will also include advising clients on brand safety and suitability, as well as overseeing the execution of campaigns in collaboration with Creative Strategy, Ad Tech, and Production teams. You will be responsible for measuring campaign success and compiling case studies to showcase results.
