Posh is seeking a Community Manager, Affiliates to develop and manage their affiliate community. You'll focus on acquiring and activating affiliates to drive referrals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach.
You have experience in community management or a related field, where you've successfully built and nurtured relationships with affiliates or community members. Your ability to engage and motivate others is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to track performance and optimize strategies effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and success teams to ensure seamless affiliate referrals. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of engagement with your community. You understand the importance of community-led growth and are passionate about fostering connections that drive results.
Experience in affiliate marketing or community engagement is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that help manage and analyze community interactions. A background in sales or customer success can also be beneficial, as it will help you understand the affiliate journey from introduction to conversion.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing Posh's affiliate community on a day-to-day basis. This includes acquiring new affiliates, activating them to drive referrals, and retaining them through consistent engagement and momentum. You will work closely with the Senior Affiliate Community Manager to implement strategies that enhance community participation and drive growth. Your role will involve analyzing community performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and developing initiatives that encourage affiliate engagement. You will also collaborate with sales and success teams to ensure that affiliate referrals move quickly through the sales funnel, from introduction to demo to closed-won. Your ability to balance high-output tasks with high-touch relationship building will be key to your success in this position.
