Zscaler is seeking a Program Manager for FedRAMP & IL5/IL6 Compliance to drive compliance initiatives and ensure security standards are met. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in compliance frameworks.
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in compliance and security frameworks such as FedRAMP and IL5/IL6. Your experience includes managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to track project progress and manage timelines effectively. You thrive in environments that require a high level of accountability and are driven by the impact of your work on organizational security and compliance. You understand the importance of building trust and transparency within teams and are skilled at facilitating constructive discussions to achieve the best outcomes.
Experience with cloud security platforms and familiarity with Zero Trust architecture would be advantageous. You may also have a background in cybersecurity, which enhances your understanding of the compliance landscape. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working with various stakeholders to align compliance efforts with business objectives.
In this role, you will lead compliance initiatives related to FedRAMP and IL5/IL6, ensuring that Zscaler meets all necessary security standards. You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining compliance documentation, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating audits. You will also be responsible for training team members on compliance protocols and best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization. Regularly reporting on compliance status to senior management will be a key part of your role, as will identifying areas for improvement in compliance processes.
