Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in executing revenue marketing strategies tailored to specific markets. Your experience includes developing localized marketing plays that resonate with target audiences, ensuring that global strategies are effectively adapted for local relevance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to create impactful sales enablement assets that drive measurable business results. You are adept at managing multi-channel campaigns and have a keen understanding of how to leverage data to inform your marketing decisions. Your hands-on approach allows you to excel in creating materials that support sales efforts and enhance team performance.

Desirable

Experience in the APAC market is a plus, as is familiarity with various campaign types, including industry-specific and competitive campaigns. You are comfortable using marketing automation tools and have a knack for analyzing campaign performance to optimize future efforts. A background in content marketing and sales enablement will set you apart, as will your ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute HubSpot's Revenue Marketing campaigns in Japan, focusing on various campaign types such as industry-specific initiatives and competitive displacement strategies. You will create and adapt sales enablement assets, including prospecting decks and sales playbooks, ensuring they are tailored for the Japan market. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with APAC and global Revenue Marketing teams to leverage best practices while maintaining local market relevance. You will also analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Your role will require you to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, allowing you to adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
