Samsara is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team within the Accounting department. You'll implement and administer sales compensation programs while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate commission payments.
You are a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience working with sales management and finance teams. Your ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of accurate incentive plans and commissions in driving sales performance. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and administering sales compensation programs that align with the company's revenue-generating operations. You will work closely with Sales Management to ensure that incentive plans are designed effectively and implemented correctly. Collaborating with Sales Operations and Finance teams, you will ensure that commissions are calculated accurately and paid on time. You will analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide insights that can help optimize sales performance. Additionally, you will assist in the development of compensation policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Your role will also involve training and supporting sales teams on compensation-related matters, helping them understand their incentive plans and how to maximize their earnings.
