What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Jamf, you will take ownership of a strategic book of large enterprise accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful deployment of Apple solutions within the Jamf product suite. You will forge deep relationships with customers' senior leaders and decision-makers, driving proactive engagements and business reviews. Your role will involve advocating for customer needs and resources, ensuring they receive measurable value from their Jamf solutions. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to support customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to value realization. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions, helping to shape product development and service improvements.
