Causaly is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale their sales efforts across biotech and pharma customers. You'll manage a team of Account Executives and drive new customer acquisition. This role requires experience in high-growth environments and team leadership.
You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors. With a minimum of 5 years in sales management, you have successfully led teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your ability to coach and mentor others is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to develop effective sales processes that drive growth.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable managing distributed teams across different regions. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experience working with enterprise-scale scientific research platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with the sales cycles in biotech and pharma will help you navigate the complexities of these industries.
