You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana. As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to learn and grow your skills in vehicle preparation. You understand the importance of teamwork and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English. You are open to working mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your dedication to the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets the company's high standards. You will participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and pay as you progress within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are ready for delivery on time, contributing to Carvana's mission of providing an exceptional customer experience.
