Agiloft is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize the value of their contract lifecycle management solutions. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive customer retention and growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the software industry. Your ability to build deep relationships with clients is unmatched, and you thrive on fostering trust through strategic partnerships. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to helping clients unlock the full potential of their solutions. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of the industry. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with implementation, support, sales, and engineering teams.
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software or similar platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and the ability to identify upsell opportunities will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out ways to enhance customer experience and drive retention.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of Agiloft's solutions. You will guide them through the implementation process and provide ongoing support to address any challenges they may face. Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for upselling additional features or services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development. You will also track customer engagement metrics and report on success stories to highlight the value delivered to clients.
