Coupang is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to enhance advertising operations quality and resolve complex issues. You'll analyze data to derive insights and collaborate with various departments to improve processes.
You have over 8 years of experience in advertising, customer experience, operations, or process improvement. You possess a strong ability to structure and resolve complex customer issues using data-driven approaches. Your background includes experience in designing and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving processes. You are skilled in analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) data to derive actionable insights for improvement. You have a proven track record of collaborating with multiple departments to drive execution and enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will handle complex advertising-related issues that are escalated from customer experience teams, ensuring that these issues are resolved effectively. You will analyze recurring issues and complaints to identify improvement insights that can enhance the overall advertising experience for clients. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving SOPs related to advertising operations and issue resolution. You will compile and communicate requirements for sales, product, and policy improvements based on VOC data analysis. Collaborating with the Sales Enablement and Programs & Ops teams, you will ensure that training and operational improvements are effectively implemented. You will work closely with various departments, including product, policy, customer experience, strategy, and operations, to establish efficient processes that enhance the customer experience.
