Doctolib is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to enhance and optimize customer operations processes. You'll work closely with management and your team to implement strategic improvements aimed at increasing service quality and customer satisfaction.
You have a strong background in operational excellence, ideally with experience in customer operations. You are skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive performance. You are a collaborative leader who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about improving service quality and customer satisfaction, and you thrive in environments where continuous improvement is valued. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing KPIs and automated dashboards to monitor performance effectively.
