Doximity is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance the productivity of healthcare professionals. You'll leverage your Salesforce expertise to design solutions that support various teams. This role requires experience in Salesforce administration and a desire to grow into development.
You are an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and best practices. You have a proven track record of designing solutions that meet the short and long-term goals of various teams, including account management, marketing, product, and sales. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical issues and blockers to team members and stakeholders. You are motivated and resourceful, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance productivity. You have a desire to learn and grow, potentially moving towards development roles in the future.
While not required, familiarity with new features and future enhancements to the Salesforce platform is a plus. Experience in a support role where you have served as a liaison between technical teams and end-users will be beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement will help you thrive in this position.
