You have extensive experience in technical solutions, ideally with a background in data engineering or a related field. You possess strong troubleshooting skills and are adept at analyzing complex systems to resolve customer issues effectively. Your communication skills enable you to bridge the gap between technical teams and customers, ensuring that all escalations are handled with precision and care. You are familiar with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have experience working with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark. Your proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL allows you to provide in-depth technical guidance and support.
Experience with machine learning frameworks or data analytics tools would be a plus. Familiarity with customer support processes and best practices in technical documentation can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
